Expanding into BOP & wider Waikato.

ConneXu is excited to announce the expansion of its services into the wider Waikato and Bay of Plenty region.

Expanding into these new areas means that we are able to support more individuals with disabilities than ever before to have good lives, as well as strengthen the bonds within more communities.

We are proud of our legacy of providing innovative support and facilitation tailored to an individual’s needs, and their vision of a good life. As part of this philosophy, we are also committed to empowering people to become active members of their community, and we believe it is through this inclusiveness that communities will be strengthened.

The roll-out of these supports into both the wider Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions is underway, with facilitation and support already being offered alongside individuals in these areas. We can tailor innovative supports to meet each individual’s needs, including; independent, supported, or residential living, buddy support, help to find employment, advocacy services, budget hosting and management, and so much more.
