Carina is enthusiastic about contributing to ConneXu's mission, driven by her deep-rooted values and personal connection to supporting individuals with disabilities. With over 25 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and in leadership roles, complemented by qualifications in Management and Human Resources, Carina is dedicated to empowering staff to excel for the benefit of the people they support. Her commitment is not only professional but personal, as she has a family member benefiting from disability support via Enabling Good Lives.

Originally from Sweden, Carina brings a global perspective to her work, enriched by her diverse background, including volunteer work with Red Cross and international living experiences. In her leisure time, she enjoys family moments, walks with her dog, travels, and spending time with friends.
