Due to growth, we are seeking a Service Manager for our Bay of Plenty region. As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the growth, development and management of our ACC, Living My Life Contract, our MOH Supported Living Contract and have responsibilities for some whole of life community living services. You will lead staff teams to ensure they are functioning at the highest level and are achieving outcomes alongside people. You will be responsible for ensuring that all people we support are achieving ordinary life outcomes as agreed in their person specific support plan, you will coach and mentor your employees and stretch people to achieve to their potential.
We are looking for an innovative person who has a passion for working in a team environment and in partnership with others. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an NGO, ACC or disabilities services sector, have extensive experience in leading successful teams. It is preferable that the successful person has a graduate qualification relevant to the Disability Sector. You will be a positive role model, demonstrating exceptional ethics, and not be afraid of change.
