More than 60 ConneXu staff members, trustees and people we support have taken up the Pedometer Challenge using water-bottles and pedometers provided by ConneXu. Initiated to support the health and wellbeing of our staff and the people we support, the Pedometer Challenge has made us aware of how much value daily walks can add to our lives.
ConneXu facilitates whole of life supports for adults with an intellectual disability in a range of different circumstances and in a variety of ways. Some people live in their own homes and receive specific supports to assist with their needs or to help them pursue their interests, some receive support overnight, while others remain independent.
